Return and Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders - Apparel

  • Returns: We accept returns on apparel items within 10 days of items delivery. They must be in new, unused condition. We do not issue refunds. Returns are for store credit only. No exceptions. Store credit expires 1 year after it's issued. 
  • Return Shipping: If you want to return an item for store credit, you'll need to pay for return shipping. We do not cover shipping for returns/exchanges or provide return labels at this time.
  • Damaged Items: If your apparel arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of items delivery. Let us know, and we'll take care of it ASAP with a replacement. You may be asked to show proof of destroying the damaged item on a case by case basis. We will not accept claims of "it's damaged and the replacement needs to be a larger or smaller size". If you fail to contact us within this 72 hour time frame, we may not be able to accommodate a replacement with our printing partners. No exceptions.
  • Incorrect Size Exchanges: We handle exchanges on a case by case basis and highly recommend reviewing our size guides before purchasing. Most items are unisex and you may need to size up or down based on your personal preference. 
  • Free Shipping: If you received free shipping on your order, and make a return, the actual shipping cost spent to ship your item(s) will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Warranty: Your items are specially printed and may show natural wear over time. To keep your prints looking fresh, please follow our care instructions here. Don't follow the care guide sewn/printed in your apparel item.
  • Clearance: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on final sale items that end in .99 cents.
